Theodore Swartz, the co-founder of The Bronx Charter School for Better Learning, wrote the initial design notes based on the works of Caleb Gattegno’s Words In Color curriculum and materials.
I co-designed new features for iReadBetter with Dr. Swartz, and developed it using the Angular and the Ionic Framework. We released feature updates and new games, videos, and tests every few months for five years.
Hundreds of elementary school students use iReadBetter every week to help them learn to read and spell.
